The Object Oriented Molecular Dynamics Library

Object-MD is a molecular dynamic (MD) class library, written in C++, a collection of classes which encapsulate MD simulation functions in object form. The OOP allows a flexible program design based on 'plugable' objects, the so called gadgets. The application can choose only the needed gadgets to be embedded in a program, making it compact and adjustable.

The class library provides a simple programming interface to create an MD simulation, both in serial or parallel computing environment.
